“A Charlie Brown Christmas” first aired on December 9, 1952 and quickly became a holiday favorite that has lasted throughout the decades. Piling up on the couch and watching it with my family every year is one of my most cherished holiday traditions!

I have a theory that it’s possible to keep that warm, fuzzy feeling that you get from the TV special alive even after the credits roll. Want to have a Charlie Brown Christmas yourself? Follow my 6 simple steps, illustrated by the PEANUTS Christmas decor from The Bradford Exchange, and you’ll be well on your way!

Step 1: Listen (and Dance) to the Music

Any Christmas music will do, but the jazzy tunes by Vince Guaraldi and Lee Mendelson always get my toes tapping! Not only does this tabletop tree play music directly from the Peanuts Christmas special soundtrack, delightful scenes rotate around each level as holiday lights shine!
